1. Checking power settings

Some Power settings can throttle the speed of your CPU full stop whether you are on a laptop or desktop to get into power settings go to start then setting then go-to systems and power and sleep then select the additional power setting on the right-hand side of the screen.

2. Task manager

then go to start and tap settings now go-to apps and if you scroll down the list you will be able to see all the implications that installed on your computer.

4. Notifications

5. Event viewer
